Your PC most likely came with Win7 preinstalled and in that case, you would need something known as HP Recovery Media - but HP has stopped carrying most of their Win7 recovery media, so it's not likely they would have it anymore.Īfter that, you would have to do the Upgrade to Win10 all over again - but since your PC is already running Win10, it has been registered with MS, so it should reactivate without any problems.
